Working Principle Of A Mobile Planting Vehicle

Leave a message

The working principle of a mobile planting vehicle primarily relies on an automated mechanical system to achieve precise planting. The operating principles vary between models:

Basic Working Principle
Mobile planting vehicles are typically equipped with an automated control system. They utilize light sensors, laser positioning, and other devices for precise positioning, and utilize a hydraulic transmission system or motor drive to complete the planting process. For example, an intelligent tree planting vehicle uses an optical axis to control the digging depth. A planetary gear tower drives the tree clamp to rotate and pick up the sapling. An electric push rod then pushes the sapling to the designated location. Infrared detection is used to adjust soil compaction and watering.

Integrated Drilling and Planting
Some desert tree planting vehicles use a motor to drive the drill head to rotate and descend to the designated location. The centrifugal force of the counterweight shaft closes the drill head and drills the hole. Once completed, the drill head rotates open with the lead screw, and the sapling is precisely placed in the hole through a guide tube. The drill head then resets to complete the planting process. This process eliminates the need for manual repositioning, enabling automated operations in both straight and curved paths.

Efficiency-Optimized Design
The fully automatic transplanter utilizes a motorized design to automatically remove seedlings and intelligently adjust plant spacing, capable of transplanting 60-70 plants per minute. The roller-type AGV uses its rotating drum to automatically load and unload cargo, significantly improving docking efficiency.
