1. Roll Forming Machine – Shaping the Structure
The production of every metal shed begins with high-quality galvanized steel coils. These coils are fed into advanced Roll Forming Machines, which gradually shape the steel into wall panels, roof sheets, and structural frames through a continuous bending process.
Our roll forming lines are fully automated, allowing for stable production speed, uniform thickness, and precise dimensions. This ensures that every panel fits perfectly during installation and maintains excellent load-bearing performance. The formed panels also feature a smooth surface, ready for protective film coating and subsequent processing.
2. Punching Machine – Creating Precision Openings
After forming, the panels and steel components undergo a punching process using Hydraulic Punching Machines.
This step allows us to create accurate holes for screws, bolts, ventilation, and reinforcement joints. Each punching machine is calibrated for high precision, guaranteeing that every hole aligns perfectly during assembly.
By using hydraulic control, the punching force remains stable, preventing deformation of the metal surface and ensuring excellent assembly accuracy in the final shed structure.
3. Press Brake Machine – Ensuring Structural Accuracy
The next stage involves shaping structural parts such as door frames, corners, and supporting beams with Press Brake Machine.
This process adds strength and rigidity to the shed's framework while keeping every angle consistent. Our equipment supports multi-angle and custom bending operations, enabling us to meet diverse design requirements for different shed models.
Accurate bending not only improves the shed's structural integrity but also enhances its wind resistance and load-bearing capacity.
4. Cutting Machine – Precision in Every Dimension
Each component is then processed through Automatic Cutting Machines to achieve the exact dimensions required for assembly.
Using advanced cutting technology, the machine ensures clean edges and precise lengths without damaging the galvanized coating.
High accuracy in cutting is critical for easy installation, preventing misalignment and reducing time spent on-site by the end user.
5. Surface Protection & Coating
Before final packaging, every metal component is treated with protective coatings and films.
The panels are covered with a PE protective film to prevent scratches during handling and transportation.
Combined with galvanized or painted finishes, this step provides long-term corrosion resistance, keeping the shed's surface clean and smooth even after years of outdoor exposure.
6. Strapping Machine – Safe and Secure
After all parts have been processed and passed inspection, they are assembled and packaged using an automatic strapping machine.
This equipment ensures that each part is securely fastened with strong, durable strapping, minimizing movement and damage during transportation.
