Before installation we confirm your site conditions, base preparation and door orientation with you, then supply labelled parts, illustrated instructions and video guidance for your fitter. Arrangements for larger projects can be discussed at the quotation stage.

After-sales service
We answer installation questions and handle missing parts or transit damage with photos and part numbers, shipping replacements without asking you to return the whole unit. Spare panels, fixings and hardware stay available, so units can be repaired years after delivery.
This single-bay steel carport keeps one car, pickup or small van dry in rain and snow and shaded in summer. The frame is built from galvanised steel tube with a curved roof of [0.25 mm] colour-coated steel panels, so it resists rust, needs no repainting and will not rot or warp the way timber does. Both ends are open for drive-in access, and the unit bolts down to a concrete pad or paved base.

Q1. What are the exact dimensions, and what can I store inside?
External size is 1786 x 1160 x 1898 mm (about 5.9 x 3.8 x 6.2 ft), giving 2.07 m2 (22 sq ft) of floor space and a ridge height just under 1.9 m. That is enough for a walk-behind mower, two bikes, long-handled garden tools and stacked storage boxes - note that full height sits at the roof ridge, while the eaves are lower.
Q2. What is it made of, and will the dark grey finish last?
The walls are 0.25 mm galvanised colour steel panels on a 0.5 mm steel frame, and the dark grey finish is factory-applied to the steel rather than painted on site, so it resists rust and UV instead of flaking or chalking. A yearly check of the fixings and door tracks is all the maintenance it needs.
Q3. Does it need a base?
Yes - the shed has no floor of its own, so it must stand on a firm, level surface such as a concrete slab, paving slabs or a timber deck. A level base keeps the panels square and the doors closing properly, while uneven ground is the main cause of door misalignment.
Q4. How long does assembly take?
Two people can build it in around 2-3 hours using the pre-drilled, numbered panels and the illustrated instructions. You will need a screwdriver or drill, a step ladder and gloves, and we recommend anchoring the base rail to your slab so the shed stays put in high winds.
Q5. Can it be locked and secured?
The doors are fitted with a [hasp and staple / locking handle], so you can secure them with your own padlock and stop casual walk-in theft. If you store a mower or power tools, add a ground anchor or security chain inside, and keep equipment out of sight from the doorway.
