Technology First
Transmission components built to drawing - from standard sprockets to custom machined parts.
Wide Product Range
Sprockets, roller chains, gears, couplings, racks, hubs, pulleys, taper sleeves and bearing seats, with standard sizes stocked and custom parts produced to your drawings.
Wide Applications
Our components are fitted to conveyor systems, agricultural machinery, packaging lines, food processing equipment and material handling units, for both replacement and OEM programmes.
High Strength
Parts are produced from alloy steel and heat-treated to resist wear and hold their tolerances under continuous load.
Professional
Engineers review your drawings and specifications before production, and material certificates can be issued with each batch on request.

Remarkable Service
Pre-sales consultation
Our engineers help you select the right model and size, advise on base preparation and installation, and match specifications to your market's climate.
Cost saving
We help you build a range that suits your market and budget, and handle production, packing and shipping in-house, so you save both time and cost.
Stable delivery
We schedule production around your order urgency and seasonal peaks, and confirm each lead time in writing. Flat-packed cartons and efficient container loading keep transit times and freight costs predictable.
Authoritative inspection
Our inspectors check each production batch for coating, dimensions and finish before it is packed. Test reports and material documents are available on request for your compliance records.
Win-win cooperation
We work on long-term supply rather than single orders, so pricing, lead times and new models are planned around your growth.

Applications of Chain Sprockets
Metric roller chain sprockets are used across almost every type of mechanical system. In conveyor systems they carry food, beverages, grain and other bulk materials from one point to another, while in transmission systems they transfer power from a drive source - an engine, gearbox or motor - to driven components such as wheels, rollers and shafts. Because the same design suits both duties, sprockets are widely specified in machine manufacturing, agricultural equipment, automotive and material handling applications.
Advantages of Steel Tool
Keeps Equipment Dry
Overlapping panels and a pitched roof keep rain and snow out, and ventilation releases trapped moisture so condensation does not drip onto your mower or tools.
Strong durability
0.25 mm galvanised colour steel panels on a 0.5 mm steel frame resist rust and UV, and will not rot, warp or need repainting the way timber does.
Easy to use
Panels are pre-drilled and numbered, so two people can build a standard unit in around 2-3 hours on a level concrete, paving or timber base.
Materials of Metal Garden Shed
Materials are selected so the shed keeps its strength and finish through years of outdoor exposure. Panels, frames and fixings are specified to work together, which is what keeps the doors closing properly and the structure holding its shape.
Galvanised colour steel Wall and roof panels are formed from galvanised colour steel, where the zinc layer protects the base steel and the factory-applied colour coat adds UV and weather resistance. It is the standard choice for tool houses and garden storage because it resists rust without the annual repainting that timber needs.
Aluminium alloy Aluminium alloy components are used where low weight and corrosion resistance matter most, and they will not rust even in salt air. They are suitable for coastal locations and for buyers who need to keep the shipping weight of each carton down.
Iron frame and square tube The frame is built from steel square tube, cut, drilled and assembled on a fixed jig so every panel lines up square. It carries the wall and roof loads and is the part that anchors to the base, which is why the rigidity of a shed depends on the frame more than on the panels.
Available surface treatment processes
Polishing
Cut edges and punched holes are deburred and ground smooth, so panels meet without gaps, assemble without force and present no sharp edges on site.
Passivation
Passivation cleans the metal surface and restores its protective oxide layer, which improves corrosion resistance on aluminium alloy parts and prepares the surface for painting.
Spray painting
Frames and aluminium components are spray painted to the specified colour, and each batch is checked against the approved colour sample before assembly.
Coating
Wall and roof panels arrive as galvanised colour steel, so the zinc layer and the baked colour coat protect the steel without any repainting on site.
FAQ

01.What are the exact dimensions, and what can I store inside?
External size is 2743 x 1829 mm (9 x 6 ft), giving 5.0 m2 (54 sq ft) of floor space and a ridge height of [H mm]. That is enough for two or three bicycles with shelving, a walk-behind mower plus garden furniture, or a full set of long-handled tools and stacked storage boxes.
02.Does it need a base?
Yes - the shed has no floor of its own, so it must stand on a firm, level surface such as a concrete slab, paving slabs or a timber deck, laid with drainage so water cannot pool underneath. A level base keeps the panels square and the doors closing properly, while uneven ground is the main cause of door misalignment.
03.What is it made of, and will the dark grey finish last?
The walls and roof are 0.25 mm galvanised colour steel panels on a steel square tube frame, with aluminium alloy components available on request. The dark grey colour is applied to the steel before forming, so it resists rust and UV rather than flaking, and the panels will not rot, warp or need repainting the way timber does.
04.How long does assembly take, and what will I need?
Two people can assemble a shed this size in about [3-4] hours using the pre-drilled, numbered panels and the illustrated instructions. You will need a screwdriver or drill, a step ladder for the roof panels and gloves, and we recommend anchoring the base rail to your slab so the shed stays put in high winds.
05.Do I need planning permission?
In the UK a shed of this size usually counts as permitted development when it is single storey, with eaves no higher than 2.5 m and an overall height of up to 4 m (dual-pitched roof) or 3 m (other roof types), and it must not sit forward of the wall forming your house's principal elevation. Rules differ in Ireland, mainland Europe, the US and Australia, and HOA or council covenants can add their own limits, so confirm with your local authority before building a base.
06.Can it be locked, and how secure is it?
The doors are fitted with a [hasp and staple / locking handle], so you can secure them with your own padlock, and the steel square tube frame means there is no soft panel to force. If you store a mower or power tools inside, add a ground anchor or chain and keep equipment out of sight from the doorway.
