The technical parameters of metal firewood sheds vary depending on their specific use and structure. The following are common parameters for reference:
Structural Materials
Steel Specifications: Arch pipes and roof columns should be hot-dip galvanized round steel pipes (e.g., φ32 x 1.5 mm) or oval steel pipes (25 x 50 mm). Wall thickness ≥ 1.5 mm, average zinc coating thickness ≥ 45 microns.
Welding Process: Longitudinal tie rods and diagonal braces should be hot-dip galvanized round steel pipes (e.g., φ25 x 1.5 mm). Reinforced diagonal braces should be at least two pairs of four per shed.
Dimensions and Layout
Shed Dimensions: Length: Typically ≥ 15 meters, width: ≤ 3 meters. Height adjusted based on equipment requirements (generally ≥ 7 meters). The floor must be at least 30 cm above the construction site floor and hardened.
Partition Spacing: Spacing between raw material and processing areas should be ≥ 1 meter. Material stacking height: ≤ 1.5 meters. Ensure safe passages between stacks.

Safety and Protection
Protective Facilities: 1.2m-high guardrails are installed around the perimeter, with pole spacing ≤2m. A dense mesh safety net is installed on the outside, and a double-layer protection design is used on the top (the upper layer is ≥50mm thick formwork).
Fire Protection: At least one fire extinguisher is required for every 50 square meters. Flammable materials must not be stored within 10 meters of the welding work area.
Electrical and Grounding
Electrical Specifications: Wires are laid through conduit. Distribution boxes must be ≥0.75m away from functional areas. An independent grounding system (resistance ≤4Ω) is required.
Environmental Adaptability
The covering material is anti-aging PEP film with a thickness of ≥0.15mm. The film winding mechanism is automated using components such as a film rocker and a film pressing card.
